Little changes

I've  made some little changes: 

-Added volume mixer
-Fixed movement bug 
-buff base damage from 1 to 3 (Oneshot first stage's enemies)
-less chests on maps
-Less probability that artifact knife+  and artifact knifedamageup will be spawn
-you can return on main menu from the pause menu
